If you are using ActivePerl 5.8, it is possible that you need to download the packages HTML::WikiConverter (0.61) and HTML::WikiConverter::PmWiki (0.51) from CPAN and compile it for your version of Perl. Using RichEdit in a WikiFarm I had to modify the cookbooks main file richedit.php richedit.php Δ, too. To install it just read the simple instructions written in the README.txt.
